Covered with dust and lots of hair that wasn't ours. As we went through the mattress to see if there are more bed bugs, we noticed how filthy the mattress protector was. Also saw one randomly drop on the bathroom floor. Next day, found room infested with bed bugs. Felt itchy first night but didn't think much of it. Westgate is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
